Second home mortgage
I have a wonderful couple trying to buy an oceanfront condo and move here... made an offer a few months ago...they went home to do a home equity line and their home appraise lower than expected... we tried again a couple of weeks ago this time with a hometown lender doing an "in house type" loan as their primary mortgage... found out this week their debt to net ratio is to high they will have to sell their home before making another offer... when will the mortgage industry relax a bit and figure out people with money can afford to own a second home and then move in once their other home sales? any answers out there or comments?

Graduation time
Last week my third son, Dylan McCarthy, and Alex's best friend graduated from Carolina Forest High School! Tomorrow we will be going to Rockingham, NC to see my niece, Ashley Allen, graduate from Richmond County Senior High... time moves so fast!

The oceanfront market here is booming with great deals, I'm sure you've heard this before "It's a great time to buy" and it is... just wrote a couple of offers for a 2BR at Sands Ocean Club and 3BR at Brigadune, There's nothing better than being at the Beach!
